Yes, and attendees can choose to listen to events in the same language they choose to browse or any of the other supported languages of your event, giving flexibility in how they absorb and interact with event content.
Yes. The platform can be live as long as you would like. You can filter access for certain segments, or to only specific sections and/or content as required.
Yes. All areas of the MetaVenue platform are completely customizable and can be structured as required for your unique needs.
MetaVenue allows access directly to the Azure data stream, which can be connected to different analytics solutions your team uses, including Power BI. Full analysis of platform telemetry (performance) and event activity (engagement, user actions, etc.) can be done real-time with pre-set dashboards.
Yes. MetaVenue has a robust dynamic segmentation system that allows you to tailor content to all of your different audiences throughout the platform.
Attendees are unlimited when viewing a main stage/stream; however, we would recommend setting rules around the chat and some other functionalities once you go beyond 20,000 simultaneous viewers to ensure a smooth attendee experience.
For breakout sessions there is also no limit to participants unless the session is being recorded. If recording is required, groups are limited to one-thousand (1,000) participants.
MetaVenue for Microsoft Teams is installed by your IT team through activating and setting-up a PlayFab XR virtual machine on your company’s virtual cloud and connecting your Azure PlayFab account. Once these services are active, you will have access to the standard event templates and tools, or the option to structure your MetaVenue entirely as you would like to best fit your needs.
Yes, VOD is easily uploaded in MP4 format in the dedicated VOD section of the platform and set for access by all or only some participant segments.
Yes, there is a dedicated section for Partner / Sponsor content where each space can be customized for the Partner / Sponsor requirements as required.
Yes. Polling, questions, and notifications can be controlled by event moderators throughout the platform as well as within sessions where attendees can respond directly. Attendees can also ask questions within sessions that moderators can approve, answer, and display for all participants to see if useful.
